We have a rental property, 60's cottage, tenants moving out 6th June, want to refresh kitchen and bathroom the week after they move out. Kitchen is galley style, stove, ss bench, under cupboards, and other side small bench and cupboards. Bathroom is single room, toilet, shower over shub, and basin. No rot as far as we know. Kitchen about 3m long, bathroom about 3m square.

Good contractor to work with. Did find several small issues that needed fixing/finishing at the final inspection. Overall very happy with the job done
