Nepe shower

A few of the shower tiles are falling out and water is possibly getting through the walls. Possible wet or rotten board behind that may need replacing. The step is made of wood and tile wanting this fixed as well. The floor lino is also peeling off due to water seeping everywhere. Im not a fan of tiles so I would like to know if its cheaper to replace the broken tiles or rip it all off and replace with shower walls.
