1. Repair the damaged bathroom window sill and framework due to showering. 2. Remove the existing bath for the place of a new shower-box and toilet bowl. 3. And replace a new vanity. 4. Replace the existing old vinyl floor and remove the existing tiling wall on top of the bath side if necessary. Will need someone who can do everything or organize other tradespeople to get the whole project done on a timely manner. Thanks, George Guo
