Total area about 12 square metres plus new laundry. we have architects plans available. involves removing an internal wall, adding a wall, removing bath and replacing with a custom shower into a different location and moving door way, new lights, power points and plumbing. We would be looking for value, that would be a balance between quality and price.

Workmanship rating would be higher but we had issues with varnishing wood floor & although they were willing to have multiple attempts at getting it right we gave up in the end. Painting & plastering issues caused further delays with poor results. Actual wood & nails stuff was very good. Schedule dragged out largely due to floor & paint. Communications were excellent, very easy to work with. They stuck to their quote which given the extended schedule was excellent. We would recommend them.
