Bathroom fix up
Job description
Hi there, the bath has leaked over time so the floor under it (particle-board) needs replacing and installing a new bath with new shower fixtures and new wall linings and window surround. Until the linings have been taken off it won't be clear if there is water damage in the wall, so that is an additional possibility. There is easy access under the house, about 1-1.5metres where the bathroom is. I am pregnant, halfway through so time is an issue, the sooner, the better! I'm happy to purchase the bath and tap ware myself but will check with you to make sure I'm getting the right things. We will probably sell the house in the near future so I am just looking for a decent but cheap fix versus anything fancy. I would also like the skirting board replaced around the entire bathroom as it sits above the tiles for some weird reason. Thanks, Anita

This was a crappy job to do and Stephen did it with gusto which I am extremely grateful for and created a much more waterproof, future-proof design. He started immediately which was awesome. Lovely guy, trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. He did lack a bit of attention to detail but was willing to fix up anything that bothered me. There was some painting that I wasn't expecting to do which turns out is standard but it would have been nice to have this clarified before the job started.
