Job is mainly ripping out existing kitchen cabinetry and wall and ceiling linings. Making good wall and ceiling linings with new GIB and plastering. Job will include relocating HWC from kitchen to under house (including building concrete pad for HWC). Job requires relocating plumbing for HWC and future sink and rewiring (generally replacing old wiring throughout) for lighting and relocating various power outlets and switches for lighting, fixed appliances and general power outlets.
