Bathroom renovation x 2

We have a 200 sqm 2 story brick & cedar townhouse, built in 1991, that needs 2 bathroom renovations. We are undecided whether to install a tiled shower and tile to ceiling height, or tile to the skirting only, install acrylic showers & paint only. We need to cost both options. The main bathroom 1 is approx 1.8m x 2.4m Bathroom 2 / ensuite is approx 2.7m x 1.8m, the adjoining toilet is 1.6m x .9m For each bathroom: Disconnect and remove toilet suite, showers, vanities Remove flooring Lino and walls to frame where needed Straighten walls to suit and install new aqualine gib board Supply new LED mirror, floor standing vanity (900mm), basin mixer, shower mixer, shower rail, shower mixer, toilet, towel rail, robe hooks, toilet roll holder, heated towel holder Engage electrician to install new fan in same position, wiring for LED mirror Set shower tray (or supply and install new 900mm acrylic shower in main bathroom) Waterproof bathroom Apply tiles to floor and walls to ceiling height (or floor only to skirting board height) Supply and fit new acrylic bath / liner in ensuite Waterproof bathroom floors Fit off toilet, shower, vanity, mirror Supply/Install new downlights Supply and install new shower glass for shower and bath. Supply and install 3 x new doors reusing existing hardware Paint trims around windows, doors, ceiling and door frames Clean bathroom and remove all work rubbish Patch and paint missing section inside wardrobe area Keep existing layout of fixtures as the current setup Unfortunately the tiles we want are currently out of stock, so will delay start date Cost and quality is important.
