Bathroom reno - Adding toilet

Renovation of bathroom. Investigation if we could move wall in bathroom to take space from cabinet area in Kitchen. Existing bathroom is tiny, about 1.74 X 2.38m (measurements are not very accurate, taken off 3D walkthrough real estate agent had). Ideally I would like to add a toilet to bathroom. Install shower over shub. New vanity. Investigate putting in new window. Insulate. Install extractor fan & new lights. New door. House is currently tenanted and tenants should be out by Mid July for work to start then. Could be other work around house, replacing some weatherboards, roof repairs.
