Central wall shared by work shop on one side big enough to build a 9 metre boat and living on the other. Wall extends up in a parapet style to a second floor viewing room. A pragmatic, aesthetically pleasing home for indoor/outdoor living, energy efficient and organic materials/finish preferred. Plus, second building with same design concepts for Storage/studio and workshop for small commercial activity.

lee is pulling together all the requirements for submitting a PIM to council.. As well lee is tapping into. local expert providers of utilities and systems. Very happy to have Lee moving our project a long and appreciate his communications being that we are largely unavailable to the project.
