I need a set of working plans (site plan, drainage plan, foundation and bracing plan) for a new transportable house to be sited on my section in Whangarei Heads. The house has the plans for the permit where it is built and will come with a Code Compliance Certificate. Also a PS1 design and Design 2 memorandum required for the building consent.
