Finalise Building Consent Process - CCC (Post job completion)

Good morning, I have had a large retaining wall built which has had a Resource Consent (completed) and a Building Consent issued. I had a planning agent who completed the applications on Simpli but has not been responding to contact since the consents applications were submitted. The work completed late last year and the WCC inspected the wall prior to completion only to inspect a new sump prior to the final concrete being applied around the sump. It failed as the sump was not concreted yet and a drawing was not created of the site with the wall. What I believe needs to be done (in my opinion and may not be complete): 1. Take over as the agent for the job on the Simpli site - I have read only access. 2. Take a site drawing I have from a previous consent (1995) and get it redrawn with a small circle to show the sump and plumbers details (which I have) . 3. Upload a PS4 certificate I have be given from the engineer ABulid - I think this addresses a section in the inspection notice talking about the construction of the wall. 4. Apply for, and attain, the CCC. I have the inspection notice from the WCC inspection that I can provide along with the engineering drawings from ABuild for the wall. I have uploaded an image of the completed wall which looks towards the new sump and the previous drawing which identifies "exit. sump". Thank you for reading this post. Daniel
