We need someone who can help us with our building consent application to the Wellington City Council (via the simpli dot govt) website, for our small bathroom renovation. Here is a description of our project: "Combining an existing, separate, toilet room and bathroom into one bathroom. Removing the wall between the toilet and bathroom. Full bathroom refit including replacing a shower-over-bath with a freestanding bath and separate tiled walk-in shower area. Replacing both the toilet and vanity and moving them to new locations within the bathroom. Moving the laundry (stacked washer and dryer) into a cupboard within the bathroom. Tiling the floor and 2.5/4 walls. Installing a heated towel rail and LED demister mirror. Replacing the existing low-pressure hot water cylinder with a new, larger, mains-pressure hot water cylinder (sub-floor location)." We have filled out everything on the Simpli consent form except for the supporting documentation. We need someone to take a look at what we've done so far and help us complete the documentation. We have accepted quotes from tradespeople (plumber, electrician, tiler), and will need you to coordinate with them for anything required from them to complete the consent application.
