Preparation and installation of Pod/Tiny house

Require project management services to source, manage and install services required prior to delivery of pod/tiny house. Pod/tiny house unit will be selected and sourced by us. Company will deliver to location. This unit will be installed in the backyard on section with a single family home. Require assistance with/project manager to achieve the following: - determine and apply for necessary consents - determine foundation v piles - arrange installation (or extension from house) of water, sewage, power, gas - arrange suitable crane for delivery day Would prefer this pod/tiny house is in place and functional prior to Christmas.
