New Bathroom

We are about to move into a new house and the downstairs has a rumpus room plus a very large store room (roughly 3m x 8m). We want to convert the store room into a bathroom. There is already existing power and the plumbing is easily accessible. We have a builder and plumber in the family that can do the physical build but need a draftsman to do up the plans for consent.
