We have the ability to do all building work but need initial assessment to check our ideas, advise on code requirements and lodge change of use building consent to council. Waterproof 2-storey residential building

We have a a 2-storey residential building with 4 x 2-bedroom units. The southside of the building has water ingress and now the other 2 x units are starting to have the same issue.
