We are extending our house and also splitting it in the middle to create two houses (unit types) - one is single level and another is 2 levels, the notional wall is 10m long as the second house extends more to the back. I need a post fire stability plan for the notional boundary between the houses (a two level wall) for council for building consent purpose. Thanks.
