Cladding, Consents and Construction

I need an LDP (do not contact if you are not an LPD or have not had experience with cladding) to complete a job potentially starting Monday. The two storey house has been leaking internally in one section of the house. The cladding needs to be removed, bracing is potentially needed to secure the end of the house, the rotten wood replaced up to the council standards etc, and I need the consent process done with the council. Nobody knows the extent of the damage but things need to move quickly. More information will be supplied once I have been able to check the LBP register etc.
