-Alteration on existing house at Lake Tekapo, Mackenzie Council: 1) To build an access between house and garage. 2) To relocate existing vent pipe and drainage in garage. 3) To build workshop, storage, and toilet/bathroom in existing garage. -Building Consent application has been submitted and Council requested some additional information. Interests please drop contacts and free quote and more information to be provided The jobs are (original words from Building Control Officer): 1)the proposed building work includes restricted building work related to the main structure and weathertightness - please specify lintels for new openings in load-bearing walls, provide engineers calculation and PS1 and provide Memorandum of Design of registered and active LBP and provide flashing details for new windows 2) please provide drainage plan with new fixtures and specify pipework material, size and gradient 3)please add more detail to specifications, e. g. timber framing of new walls, details of plumbing, details to prevent internal moisture. The house is structured in timber framing with exterior cetta weather board as shown in photos. About Council Sewer information, what I requested from Council is the photo attached. There must be drainage in connection with council sewer system outside the existing bathroom at Western corner yard as shown in photos.
