Job description
we have been told by tauranga city council that the building we own ay 48 1st avenue needs 2 upgrades in order to keep working as a cafe, 1/ it needs a new wheelchair access ramp as the existing one does not comply and 2/ needs a 2nd toilet installed that may have to be wheelchair friendly

Shawn has been extremely professional and helpful to deal with unfortunately the project had to be cancelled by us (not Shawn) due to the extremely challenging circumstances of dealing with the local council. we can recommend Shawn highly and wish him the best for the future
