Resource Consent Specialist

I'm about to go unconditional on a piece of land that already has a minor dwelling on it - planning to place a brand new 120sq transportable on the land once purchased. The land is countryside living, and has a small power/phone line running straight up the middle, supplying services to a neighbor at the rear of the house. I think I may need to underground these cables in order to be able to meet the setback requirements for the 2 best building platforms. I need someone to help me out with this process. The building company has a RC specialist but I want a third party to help me out with this to be 100% sure and safe. Thanks.
