House Extension - Plans & Building Consent
Job description
Hello, We are looking to do an extension on a house we are buying, and require a draughtsman or architect to draw some plans up. Preferably one with experience with building regulations for the Rodney district. Looking to extend approx 10m x6m (so will end up with an L shaped house) as one big room, with doors going to outside on one side. But if a slightly different size or shape works better, happy to do this to. I can email a plan of current house (off building file from council), with a rough addage hand drawn on showing what we want. And we will also need a building consent, hoping to do this on the current rules, so should have 4-5 months to allow for council processing & etc. Pease contact me for the address.
