Don't know if anyone does this but worth a try, I need someone to apply for consent on my behalf or at least prepare a building consent application for a diy pool kit, high level description of the pool would be braced galvanised steel walls, mortar base, vinyl liner. Should be able to get any diagrams needed from supplier
