It’s a long story! Here’s the short version- I bought the house over 10 years ago knowing it had no CCC, however the work was done to standard but not signed off. The guy who has been dealing with the COA is not responding to me and I need this completed asap as I need to sell the property. I’m not sure of the process as I haven’t been dealing with it until now. I do have new architectural plans of the building . Is anyone available to support and help me get this over the line with the council so I can sell the place.
