We are looking for an experienced, affordable draftsperson or architectural designer to assist with the design plan and council consent process to completion for a new bathroom addition within an existing room of our home.
Scope of Work:
- Create a plan and drawings required for a bathroom addition to our home, including a bath, shower over bath, wash basin, and fittings/connections for a washing machine and dryer space (to be placed on top of each other). The available space between 6 and 9sqm (with room for adjustments if necessary)
- Work collaboratively with our existing certified builder and plumber to ensure the design is practical, affordable and compliant.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for council consent and full compliance.
- Oversee the consent process, ensuring any required adjustments or clarifications are handled smoothly.
