Earlier this year we bought our house without a code of compliance. To get this we are required to gain a new building consent before completing the recommended works. Specifically, we need to change patches of the cladding to it's original state, put on a new and bigger deck and reset all the windows down stairs. If at all possible, we would love to redo our kitchen area as well. Please see the photos for some more info. We have had the house re-surveyed and have all the recommendations as to what we need to do to gain a CCS with Auckland City Council. At this stage, we are looking for a architect who can help us.
