I need someone familiar with obtaining resource consents from Porirua Council. I will eventually be converting my garage to an activity room (accessory building) which is like an extension of my house. Doing so removes an official carpark. Under the district plan (D3.2.1(II)(A)), our house is (being in excess of 75m2) requires a minimum of 2 parks. I have extended the driveway sideways and a vehicle crossing to meet it has already been done. Note, the existing car park and extension are within the front 5m frontage with no leniency to go anyfurther into the property. Again, under the the district plan, car parks must be clear of the frontage (H1(V) Car parks are clear of front yards) & (DXXII(A): Minimum front yard - 5m). Therefore, my request is for someone to obtain Resource Consent on my behalf for my second carpark to become an official second carpark next to the existing car park also within the front 5m frontage - this would be Form 9 Application for Resource Consent I also want to know if I can have my shed considered as part of this work to be closer to the boundary than its height away from the boundary. Asking my neighbour for permission is just not an option either. The opposite side of this boundary are 2 long driveways for 2 propertys so there is no obstruction to view or potential hazards to neighbouring structures. Also, the fence we paid for and installed with no contribution from neighbour hence why asking the neighbour for permission is out of question :( NOTE: Yellow highlighting in pic below is existig driveway / original footpath onto properrty
