Building Consent - Finalise Paperwork

Quite some years ago, I got building consent for work on my house: put in fireplace, renovate/change layout of 2 bathrooms, convert garage into 2 bedrooms... Unfortunately, work took incredibly long. I need for someone with a great working relationship to PNCC to carry sign-off over the finish line for me. I don't know what is needed to make this happen. The work that is not finished and will not happen now (because this is just taking way too long) is changing a window into a door and another door into a window. Other than that, the building consent has been carried out.
