The successful candidate should: *Hold Trade Certificate (LBP a definite advantage but not essential) *Have their own transport and tools. *Minimum of 1 year out of their trade certificate *Good knowledge and experience (both residential and commercial) *Be able to work away from home when necessary *Be able to work to deadlines and in a team, with the possibility of supervising and working unsupervised. *Be hard working, fit & Enthusiastic about the construction sector.
