Architectural Drawings for Additional Bedroom and Help with Council Consent

We need architectural drawings for a proposed fourth bedroom and help with the council consent process. We have concept plans for a fourth bedroom on the second floor of our 1970s house (the builder has checked them and said they should be fine). The additional bedroom will be created from existing wardrobe and cupboard space, and by moving a bedroom wall. A new window needs to be installed, and a toilet and shower will be moved into an existing bathroom. We would like to start the consent process as soon as possible.
