Certificate of Acceptance

We purchased a property which has had work done without prior consent, we would like to obtain a certificate of acceptance for this work. Initially I'm interested in chatting about what our options are, and then potentially engaging with a business that could help us through the process (e.g doing working inspection, helping draw up required documents etc). The work is a conversion from a garage to sleep-out with a bathroom added. Photos can be provided if required. Ultimately we also want to add a Kitchen to the sleep out and make it into a fully rent-able dwelling.
