Crate 'open plan' kitchen/lounge area by removing wall and relocating cupboards. Required Electrician to relocate light switches and power points (3 power points, 3 light switches, 1 alarm button). Builder to remove wall and relocate cornice. Painter to jib stop modifications and paint. The work is not 'urgent' but careful planning required to minimise disruption as we will be living in the house.
