Small resource planning job - sleep out in special character area

Hi there - we have to apply for resource consent and a permitted deemed boundry activity for a small <10m2 cabin in our yard - costing $17,000 including installation. I'm keen to know the costs of someone managing the process for us, including elevations and a site plan which apparently are necessary for the boundary consent - and also obtaining permission from 3 neighbours with adjacent gardens. Just a quick estimate would be great - if it's too costly we may manage the process ourselves. Many thanks.
