The house was built in the 1970s, and I understand that the original plans are inaccurate and do not fully reflect the current structure. Additionally, previous owners made some modifications, and I have also done renovations since purchase. I am seeking professional assistance to: 1. Conduct an as-built survey of the property. 2. Produce accurate as-built plans reflecting the current state of the house. No architectural redesign is required at this stage, only as-built plans for compliance purposes 3. Prepare building consent / Certificate of Acceptance (CoA) drawings suitable for submission to Auckland Council, so that the property file can be legally updated.
