Need advise regarding possible building consent for my property

I have a property I´m starting to renovate to put in the market in the next few months. There are some modifications that may require a building consent, but not 100% sure what I can or can´t do without consent. Looking for help to find options that would allow me to avoid a building consent, or hopefully streamline that consent process as much as possible.
