Conversion of 136m2 shed into house

We have a large shed built in 2016 to high spec that we need to convert into a house. It requires insulating, electrical work, new windows/joinery, some new interior walls, and installation of bathroom and kitchen. Plus submission of consent application to convert it from shed to house. We do live beside the shed and are on a tight budget so are looking to do this cost effectively, including contributing with our own resource if beneficial.
