Demolition of existing Garage, House Extension and internal renovation

We have plans of the existing house from a previous renovation that was undertaken. Now looking as quotes for for a new consent application . Work would involve the following, 1. Demolish the existing old concrete deck (which currently has the garage underneath) 2. Build a new garage with smaller deck and extend current lounge 3. Open up the bedroom closest to the concrete deck to attach to the lounge and make it one large living area 4. New kitchen installed in existing living room 5. Build 2 new bedrooms with en suites at the front section 6. Build new kitchen in the current TV area of the living room 7. Convert old kitchen room to master bedroom with new ensuite and laundry extension outwards 8. Renovate existing common bathroom as ensuite for existing room 9. Minor Landscaping of the front and Back section 10. squaring up the front part of the section with new Fence on the drive way and gates. This may involve replacing the current water meter 11. Rewiring the entire house and replacing the old meter board 12. Installing moisture barrier under the current house
