Job description
I wish to construct a 21sqm cabin in our backyard for an art studio. We have chosen the cabin but have not enough knowledge to successfully complete the building consent application.

We asked David for assistance with resource consent for our garden studio. He was extremely professional and friendly in all of our dealings with him. Fortunately half way through the process the regulations changed no longer requiring resource consent for our project and we have now withdrawn our application. David was extremely helpful and knowledgable with regard to the sheds placement and site plan which we will continue to use. we are very grateful for his input.
