Drafting bathroom reno for building consent

I am wanting a plan drawn up and submitted to council for a planned bathroom reno which entails adding a shower, toilet and vanity to an existing laundry.
I have attached a to scale drawing of the project. I've had a plumber visit to check feasibility. It is intended to run the new shower and toilet to the existing gulley trap and sewer downpipe. A chase will be cut into the concrete floor to enable the shower waste into the gully trap. The new toilet to be connected to the existing sewer downpipe by external pipe as it is only 1M approx distance.
Both existing gully trap and sewer downpipe can be seen in the photo with arrows indicating them.
The job will include submitting to council along with the drafting for BC.
I have done some accurate measurements on my drawing which will save time for drafting.
Importantly drafts person will submit to council applying for BC. I will pay the necessary council fees. Cost of this job should be based on preparing the drawings and submitting to council for BC.
