Build my home

A home on a new part of the block. The is unused except for grazing. I would essentially like 1.5 acres of the block to build a home. It will be 2 bdrms with ensuite and guest bathroom. I would like a shed with a garage attached. I hope to have solar paneling with a compost outside toilet. A driveway will be a slight rise from the road and flatten out with a sweeping driveway with the driveway also off to the side towards the garage/shed.
