Certificate of Acceptance - Ensuite

We own a property in Waikanae, Wellington Region, which is currently on the market. During the sales process, Kapiti District Council rediscovered the building file, which the council considered lost three years ago. The file now shows among other things that the en-suite that the previous owner added was never consented. We have already moved and are therefore not able to manage the application process for a certificate of acceptance ourselves. We are now looking for someone with experience managing building consents or certificates of acceptance who can manage this for us and compile all required information (where available).
