Land use resource consent

Hi, I'm in search of a Resource Consent Planner to help with a housing development in Lower Hutt. The proposal is 2 units + 1 standalone house development on a 612sqm site. It is expected to go for a subdivision at a later stage, and the has been designed accordingly (further discussions with the council is required). But for now, we'll only go for the land use resource consent. The job is to carry out the discussions with the Hutt City Council regarding the proposal and prepare and lodge the land use resource consent application. Preferably someone in the Wellington region would be ideal. Please get in touch. Thanks.
