Plumbing Building Consent

I have a new sanitary fixture (basin) I would like to add to my WC that currently doesn't have one. I would also like to put in all the plumbing for a dishwasher in my kitchen. I have a plumber who can do the work but I need an agent to organise all the plans and obtain building consent for this work.
