New Kitchen Building Consent Papers

We’d like a quote for a kitchen renovation we’re planning. We have some basic designs in place and my brother is a builder so we can do a lot of the building work ourselves. However, we need help with proper technical drawings, sign-off for restricted building work (we’re planning on removing a load bearing wall, as well as installing 3 x skylights), plus we’d need help with council consent. After the kitchen, we’d be looking to do our bathroom and add a third bedroom next year. So this would be a short-term project at first, then a bigger second project soon after.
