Building consent and bathroom renovation

I need to renovate bathroom in the building. This is a serparate building behind the house.The building has consent issued back in 1973 however I am not sure about the bathroom and kitchenette. The bathroom needs to be renovated. I need a builder who can get the toilet bathroom consented and renovated please.
