Laundry to bathroom conversion #2

I need a draftsman to draw up a plan for an existing laundry conversion to 2nd bathroom. Laundry and new bathroom will be the same. Plan then needs to be submitted to Hamilton City Council. Attached is the existing house plan from the property file.
