I have an elevated Cross lease section in Nawton, Hamilton that needs a smartly planned strategy to Design a cost effective floor plan, prepare the land for building and combining Retaining walls and other consent all together. To sum up, This section have two levels at the moment. 1. Ground level which is rough and other elevated level through 2.5 meter Retaining walls which is Flat but its area is not enough to be a building platform. So either we need to chop off second elevated level but that leaves us with 3+ meters large Retaining walls at the end or extend the elevated platform to be the main building platform. (Possibly by utilizing ground level as Double Garage and use top of it as extended platform) Not sticking to any particular design but whatever comes down to most cost effective solution will be best. Please check the attached Pic for your reference , Area in Yellow is current retaining wall that needs to be planned.
