Resource Consent Planning for Minor Dwelling.

I'm applying for a minor dwelling to be placed on to my parent's property. It is a movable home. Currently, the property is zoned as a single house, but I believe we'll be able to place a minor dwelling as it is an acre block and both dwellings will have sufficient space.
