We need foundation and drainage plans put together to gain council consent...We have Two brand new portable units to be sited on pole foundations [I have 2 power poles cut into 1 metre lengths] on a 914 sqm section , both units are only 3.6 x 6 metres we want them facing each other 4 metres apart , eventually with a deck between the two . What we need is to get a footings plan drawn up along with the drainage and sewerage plan to submit to the Far North District Council, the sewer line manhole starts at our section for easy connection . Thanks
