Building Consent job - Far North Costal Residential

Hello, I am doing a relocation of a new build to the Far North in a Costal Residential zone. As far as I am aware I do not need a resource consent and only need a building consent. Information on the zones can be found below: Costal Residential: --- - --- -coastal-environment-[ --- ].pdf I am just wanting a fixed price for getting building consent for this build. If I need resource consent that will be another matter but that will be to be investigated before proceeding. I will provide a sceptic system and discharge design and I have the plans full attached.
