Drawings for Conservatory 2

Hi we had a pergola on our house which we had professionally enclosed - we were advised we did not need planning however upon now trying to sell our home it appears we did! I have arranged for the builder to re-do the work but I need plans for the council. I have had an engineer advise what is required. I now need drawings made up to submit to the council.... CAN ANY ONE HELP??
